TweetJust woke up and feel like a million dollar bill. Sore and lovin it. I hit back yesterday and my traps and everything reappeared. Yes, I feel great.
This is alittle graphic:
One thing that I forgot happened or tell me if anybody remembers this happening. I just woke up and, of coarse, had to empty my bladder. It scared the heck out of me because my urine was like black. It literally looked like dark tea or light coffee, I kid not. Almost a readish tint as it hit the water and deluted. Why does that happen the first time you get a muscle group really sore? It's like you force out toxins trapped in your muscles or something.
Tweetmake sure you are drinking plenty of water to keep the kidneys flushed bro.... hows the HRT going?
Tweetoh yeah, I'm pounding the water. The HRT is going very well. I went and had my blood drawn yesterday to check my IGF-1/GH levels.(fingers crossed). But it is going well. My next endo appointment is Feb 15th. That reminds me, I have to schedule my MRI for pituitary today.
Tweetnever had the black pee!!!!

Tweetyep, probably. I have had a several month break before, and I remember it happening then. I wonder if it is toxins that get trapped in my muscles. Then they get forced out all at once.
TweetIf you had that many toxins in you to make your pee black my guess you'd be dead.
You need to see a doctor. Because that ain't normal .
TweetI have. The doc said I probably passed a kidney stone without knowing, which caused blood in my urine. My kydneys and urinary tract are perfectly fine. I just had lab work done and everything was straight except for hormone deficiency. I'm fine. Second piss a little bit ago was back to normal just like last time it happened. If I remember correctly. It should do it again tomorrow morning from killing another group of muscles. It only happens if I really hit a muscle group hard after a break. Like, too hard. I'm gonna ask and see if I can get a verification on my theory or a real answer on my next doctor's appointment which is mid Feb.
TweetHere is what happens. It's called Rhabdomyolysis:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabdomyolysis
Google it and you'll find it's pretty common. I'll take care of the hydration myself though. I don't need an I.V. I have been drinking too much coffee and not enough water lately. Which is also back on track.
TweetIt usually doesn't happen in the youth population, but there was a case, might have been a study, at a high school, where it occurred in 119 students after they killed them with push-ups. The study was done during the cold weather when the students weren't pushing as many fluids.
"Exercise induced rhabdomyolysis is well known."
