TweetHello!
I just moved into the Trenton area in NJ, and was looking for a good gym (aka no pansys and dumbbells that go past 80 pounds), that can meet my budget of around 30$ a month max to spend on it.
I have not worked out for over a year, and im in bad (aka fat) shape. I need to drop about 70 pounds of fat, and hopefully keep the muscle that I still have. I am so excited to start again, I am shopping and stocking on healthy foods and im calibrating a diet. I just need a kickass gym to accomodate my comeback! Thanks so much for any locals who can help.

TweetHealth and Fitness Center
806 S. Broad St.
Trenton NJ 08611
609-392-0313
39$ one month, 99$ for 3 months.
I am going to visit them either today or tomorrow, but the man on the phone said the dumbbells go up to 120 pounds (not bad for me to start with). I am really hoping its a nice mom and pops style gym, as those are the ones that usually attract the hard core people, not posers who just take up machine space. Ill fill ya in when I finish my visit.
Tweeti go the walton fitness center there dumbells go up to 120 if u can do more than that then id say ur in good shape haha but yea check it out feel us in
