after almost six months... knee injury had me using the leg press all this time as my knee couldn't take the shearing pressure from squatting.

it felt good as hell though! no pain in the knee whatsoever. i didn't go over 225; i think the tendons and ligaments in that knee need some time to strengthen a bit before i put any weight on there.

i was a bit shaky on a few reps, but i was able to go ass-to-calves on every rep, and it felt GOOD my brothas!!!



no more leg press for me, time to get the legs growing again!!!
