I mainly focused on my bench but for the past 6months or so ive been working out everything 1once a week this is my workout schedule

Monday-Rest
Tuesday-Bi/tris
wednesday-shoulder/traps
Thursday-legs
friday-chest
sat-back/abs
sun-Reset

im more concerned about gettin my chest max more heres my workout
on my chest workout ill do
Bench-
Set 1 185 x 10
Set 2 205 x 7-8
Set 3- 215-5-6
Set 4- 220-3-5
Incline dumbell 4 sets- start out at 60 then end 75
Decline bar- 3sets 185 end about 195
sit down cable chest fly- 4sets < finesse workout stay at 90lbs

Ive really been eating has much has I can lately im at 6,1 210lbs and im really wanting to put on alot of strength i dont are about fat i put on as long as im puttin on more muscle lol, but ive heard from some people that i should do once a week and other says for strength you want to do 2x a week i am only 17 so my muscles can recover from hypertophy faster but i was wondering if this is a good idea to start doing 2x a week and if i do should i just cut down on the exercises and do lower reps each time or what really concused about this thanks in advance
