Im thinking off throwing them in my next chest routine, Ive done them in the past but I remember it being an akward position for me so I never got big into doing them but I think Im gonna give them a try next time. What weight do you guys lift on decline in comparison to flat and incline? What grip do you find best for declines (width of grip)? Do you think it isolates your pecs more or works the lower part of the pecs more like I had a friend telling me?
