My favorites are quads and back. I used to hate training legs, but the feeling of putting the hammer down and hobbling out of the gym is simply euphoric. Love it!

TweetChest n back...i too hated training my legs n one day i got a full body shot of myself in the mirror n the neglect of my legs show...it looks stipid as shit...but after a couple months of hittin my legs I'm starting to realy enjoy leg day...n its finally starting to show lol
