TweetI've been doing a lot more cardio for my Black Belt test coming up. as far as weights ? I'm going lighter with 12 to 16 for reps. my diet is pretty simple and boring right now, oatmeal, eggs n' whites, chicken or turkey, garnet yams, and some kind of greens. Sunday I rest and it's pizza and a soda day ! I feel really good and am at a good weight for what I'm doing right now, gains are really coming on great. I'm really focused like never before for this test !
