TweetOnly time I ever spent eight hours a day in the gym was when I owned one lol. Other than that 45-60 minutes training. Anyone who states he trains eight hours a day is talking bollocks!

TweetWow! That’s some crazy training times! I’m in there for around 1 hr give or take. My Sunday workout takes me the longest around hour and half...now I probably do a lot more out door hiking and exploring then most on here so I guess that might count as workout time lol...I call it stress management lol

Tweet1-1/2 on HIIt days, 2 hours(ish) on volume days. not counting the 1/2 hour to 45 mis of cardio in the morning. so at most 3 hours total per day.
