TweetOne hour or less except on back and leg days that might be up to one and a half hours max. You don't need more than that. Over training.

TweetHour nvr more than hour and a half, I don’t rest to much between sets though... 8 hours is ridiculous even if you are a pro with no job.
Tweetno one can or should realistically train for 8 hours. hell 3 is pretty excessive honestly unless you are training in a group. i can pull off most sessions in a hour but like pumped back and leg days can creep into the 2 hour span. hard to really push super fast on leg and back day and get any good weight moved

TweetI'm around an hour to an hour and a half depending on what I'm training. Legs and back take me to the longest and usually have me there the full hour and a half.
TweetIf I train and do cardio still under 90 minutes. just training less than an hour. normally 45 minutes.
TweetArms and shoulders are my longest days. If I see something i feel like doing that has nothing to do with my routine, ill do it just cuz i can. but i dont leave when im tired, i leave when im done if that makes sense.
Tweet30-45 min without cardio
Tweet30 min unless cardio 90 min
TweetHour or hour and a half if I'm by myself..2 hours if I'm with my girl.
TweetOk, so an hour and a half average I'll agree, me too. So I have been talking to a friend of mine about getting into shape, I gave him a treadmill and so he's going for it finally. I give him advise but he's always going to what the internet says. He showed me this dude who looks pretty legit as far as becoming a bodybuilder goes. this guy gives him some tips on diet and some routines, and told him he is training eight hours a day,.. I told him bullshit ! even if this guy was single and that's all he had to do, no way. You'd be toast ! guys in prison don't even spend that much time training. my friend is thick headed as hell so I jus kinda' let him have it ya know ? but I don't want him believing all the BS either.
