TweetGood stuff. My biggest arm weakness is my bicep peak. My biceps are shaped more like a football. They look big and full when my arm is down at my sides, but when flexed my peak is lacking.

TweetI have no long head of my bicep on the right and my strength on that side is the same as the left. Go figure. They said the long head of the bicep is the only tendon in the body that u can totally live without and not lose function.
John Elway ruptured his long head and he said he actually threw the football better without it
