TweetCan we link youtube videos in here?
TweetI was just watching Marc Lobliner's video on soreness being synonomous with muscle growth. Me personally, I think that soreness is a direct result of pushing past the threshold that your body is use to or past your "norm". Whether it be weight or volume.
I have to say that EVERY chest/tri, legs/hams, back workout im sore the day afterwards, and I mean EVERY workout. Maybe im just different but I dont think thats how most people feel is it?
How about you guys?
TweetI get sore if I go heavy or
Do long workouts
TweetI hurt as I work-out and after just part of the game. If I don't work-out I feel pain from old injuries and old age. So in conclusion pain ends when death happens.
The Best Thing About TRT Is The Cycle Never Ends.
Tweeti have read and seen some research out there that you dont necessarily have to get sore in order to be making gains. i have actually seen the contrary that if you are getting really sore and it lasts for more than a day or 2 that your recovery ability is compromised. now with that said i do get a little tender here and there but it never lasts more than a day or 2 at most. for the most part i get really really tight more than anything. i would say tight full and fatigued

TweetI love it. My lats feel totally used and abused...but if its really sore peeps need to rest up and probably not do anything and let your body repair itself.
That rabdomyolisis is some crazy shit. Im not sure how its spelled. But I saw it on NYER on tv. Chick started crossfit and tore her muscles down so bad that the muscles release a toxin that destroys your kidneys and it leads to kidney failure.
TweetI get sore if I hit a particular muscle really heavy, or extremely high volume.
TweetAlways with legs. Sometimes chest. I always keep a log of workouts so goal is either more reps or more weight and if I don't succeed in pushing further I force myself to do a different exercise next time so body doesn't adjust so always get that bit of soreness
