TweetI'm a rowing guy but everyonce and awhile I do the epliptical. It's just easier on my body. I used to love to run. If you can do both and are just looking for a good workout, there's not much that beats a good old sprint.
TweetOf those two I'd opt for the elliptical, but I spend the majority of my time on the stairmaster.

TweetElliptical.. I like to walk or do HIIT on the treadmill but it kills my hips as opposed to doing the same on a track, sidewalk, etc

Tweeti'm all for anything that saves the weight bearing joints, so i find myself on the elliptical and stairs more than the treadmill. if I'm gonna beat up my knees, etc. I'll be running outside fuck a treadmill.

TweetI usually opt for the step mill when I am going for cardio, if its not available, I jump on the stairmaster or treadmill. I aint used the eucolyptical
