Tweetwow , i would not do well at this, 235 for maybe for 10-12?? i can bench 295 for 5 305 for 4 and 320 for 3,, so what would you guess??

TweetI'd say at least 12, you'd be surprised how light 235 will feel compared to 295. Go for it today and post it up Horse!
Tweeti have a meet on saterday and i only got to lift (well 3 times with 10-15 min in between lol) but after that i will try, i have been meaning to do more reps but i have had meets running about every 10 weeks, so not much chance to switch things up. lol it's hell on a older body, 55 next month so i move into the 2nd level of masters.
