We do train together. We just make slight alterations with weights for me, and he pushes to the max. We do spot each other - and if it's too much for me, there's always a willing hand to help out. In the gym we workout, we have a power court (free weights/etc), and I'm maybe one of three women who actually use it. We do some things separate, but I love my results. I love working out with my husband - it is our time together. We're weird I guess - we like to spend a lot of time together.
