I've used Natrol and Vitamin Shoppe brands. Solaray actually has a combo tab out that is a mix of 5-htp and St.Johns wart, I've never tried it but seems like it would work well. The shoulder hurts everyday..lol I'm not one to complain. Going to wait till jan for the surgery. Thank you.
