TweetYou said you are off cycle and on nothing so am I correct in assuming you ran no pct after your cycle?? If so,theres your problem. Or even if you did,after only a month of being off,you may possibly need more time on pct.There's no golden rule as to the amount of time needed for pct.It varies drastically from one person to another.
Try either starting a proper pct and continuing on it until your body feels like its no longer needed.You will know by those same symptoms you are describing starting to dis-appear.
Also,sometime after coming off a heavy cycle its good to take some time off from the gym.Your body needs time to recover from the heavy assault you put on it while on.so by taking a week off,its sometimes all the recharge you need.
