Ok guys for the last week or so I have had no energy to do anything at all. I fall asleep like no other I dont feel like goin to the gym but I drag my butt there. I have the strength when lifting but not the energy after about 45 mins im like **** this im goin home cause I dont feel like doin shit anymore. When im at work I have no focus. I have been off cycle for over a month and Im not running any peps. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get out for this slump I was thinking B12 but then i cant sleep. Thanks
