LOL...no doubt. Not into the man hug. I like the old days when men just shook hands, fist bumps are a great invention. Some dudes are just huggers. They hug everyone...I guess thats ok as long as they are hugging everyone else and not just me...lol
I hate when youre at a party or something and you want to leave but you know you will have to go around and hug everyone goodbye. hahah
I don't necessarily like hugging men, but it doesn't bother me. I know I am not a homosexual at all. Sometimes I get the feeling it is necessary, but I really don't see anything wrong with it.
its a culture thing.. we middle eastern do not do hand shakes. we hug or 2 kisses on the cheek (the kisses as in cheek to cheek kiss and NOT mouth on the cheek).
it does not bothers me at all.
it does not mean someone hugs u, is gay.
u guys need to come to washington DC and see how it is and all american here are used to it and they do it too..
How do you like when you go to church and the pastor says- reach out and hold hands with whoever is next to you!? Then you have to stand there in church holding hands with some guy you dont even know, for sometimes 10 or 15 minutes. LOL
I'm not a hugger. Usually a handshake or a fist bump. If I come across a moment where a man hug is necessary (seeing family or a friend you haven't seen in a while etc..) then a quick bro hug will suffice. That starts off with a handshake that looks like you're arm wrestling, then you take a couple steps forward, heads turned completely to the side in opposite directions with both of your arms still in between you so there's no confusion, two quick taps on the back of the shoulder and that's it.
I am not opposed to it, but do prefer handshakes as well. Yohimbe pretty much explained how my best friend hugs me from time to time. The only other friend that hugs me is one one friend who's gay. I was weirded out the first time, felt very akward. But realized that gay dudes are huggers and he wasnt making an advance at me. I still extend my hand, to avoid the hug everytime I see him though.
