TweetGreat job! How tall are you?
TweetAnd I don't mean I turned 60 years old...lol. I got on the scale this morning, and it said 188 lbs, and since I started my weight loss program at 248 lbs back in October, the math says I'm down 60 lbs! And man, I be feeling good about it! I'm gonna shoot for about 170...wish me luck!

TweetThats fantastic. Keep up the good work. Could you share your story with us? Did you always work out? What happened that made you decide to do this?
TweetGreat job bra ! you had me fooled for a second there.

Tweetthats a great accomplishment considering the extent of the weight you lost. Many people do not have the will power nor motivation cause they want overnight results. when that doesn't happen, they get discouraged and say wtf...
Again, great accomplishment
TweetThanks alot for the props, my friends. And as D Zone asked about my story, well, my weight has been up and down my whole life. I've tried working out at various points, but never really got very far. My current weight loss program began back in Oct, as for my 44 th birthday present I "treated" myself to a session w/ a hypnotist to deal with my overeating and to seek "programming" to lose weight. Right off the bat I cut out fast food, drinking, junk food, and stuffing too large portions down my throat. Quite a bit of weight came off, and then I started working out and doing cardio. Along the way I got some help from Clen, T3, and OTC fat burners, and I'm currently on a cycle of Clen, T3, HGH, and Sust. I'm gearing my workouts more towards cardio, as I really want to get down to 170.
