      Hey everyone!! Its been a LONG time since ive been on the boards but I just wanted to say hi to everyone and ask a quick question as Ive been out for some reasons that will just make this post too d*mn long. So ok heres my question. Creatine makes me sh*t and as of right now Im off of it for a little while and I need a good preworkout oxide or plasma expander to give me way better pumps than Im getting right now (I liked Superpump alot but I was on the toilet too much). The pumps are hard to come by these days on a lower carb diet and im looking for something good!!! Anyone have some recommendations?? Thanks so much and keep pounding away!!!

      sorry man i usually use creatine based pre work outs stuff like blackpowder or no-xplode. u mentioned superpump... what a about nanovapor ?

      HEMAVOL!!!!! i have been taking this the last 2 days and all I can say is holy sh*t this stuff works. Is exactly what I was looking for, and I felt compelled to recommend it to anyone looking for something to get an extra diesel pump. Ill let yall know how it stands a couple weeks from now as superpump was good too at the beginning but the pumps died out for me after a while.
