I injured my rotator cuff two days ago at the gym. It hurts when I do lateral movement. I go to deep when I do shoulder presses and involve my rotator cuff and thats how I hurt it I think. My question is if I give it a few days could I still train other body parts like chest, triceps and biceps. I dont want to quite working out because I'm in the middle of my cycle and my sus. just kicked in. I also don't want to blow out my shoulder and be down for good. Any suggestions?
