Tweetwhats up guys, im jsut wondering if its cool to take a 3 or 4 days off from lifting while in the middle of a cycle. do you think this will hurt my gains at all. the reason im asking is because ive been hittin it hard 4 days a week, but im startin to feel really drained, and aggrevated. i took yesterday off and i feel better already. any of you guys do this?
