Newbie Cycle and Diet
Hi Guys, just wanted to have your opinion on the cycle I'm planning to start on the 2nd of June :
Week 1 to Week 5- Danabol : 30grs/Day
Enanthate : 12 Weeks : 500mg/Week
Nandrolone Decanoate (British Dragon's Decabol) : 500mg/Week
Nolvadex
PCT : Clomid - (Is is mandatory to use HCG ?)
Diet :
Breakfast : 4 egg white + 2 yolks
1 cup of Oatmeal + Milk
10h : Protein Shake + Banana
Lunch : 250grs (9 oz) of meat (red / Chicken or Turkey)
1 cup of Rice
4PM : Whey shake + Banana
Pre-workout & post workout : creatine + Honey
Then immediately : 250 grs (9 oz) of meat (red / Chicken or Turkey)
Before sleep :
Whey Shake + Banana
