TweetYour growth will benefit on how much calories you have not what and how much AAS you take. With that Diet you will not see any gains just some water gain and that's all. Bulking cycles need to have at least 3500 calories to see significant results. If that's your very first cycle I'd drop dbol and just Test and Deca
Test E 500mg for 12wks. Mon-Thu shots (glutes alternate)
Deca 400mg for 10wks.
You see I just extended Test instead of Deca because Deca is known to shut down people and give them high libido. Always keep Test higher.
If you are eager to take dbol take 30-40mg ED for the first 5wks. Make sure to have some liver protection. LIV52, Milk Thistle etc.
As far as DIET is concerned like I said 3500+ for growth bro.
Since you're growing it's pretty much SEE-FOOD-DIET... Have 3-4 shakes a day, lots of redmeat, ground beef, ground turkey, chicken, rice, pasta...potatoes..sweet potatoes... water..and more water.
Tweetit's already been stated, but I'll say it again because it's that important; YOU MUST EAT TO GROW. Try to double what you have listed for food, and you'll be getting around the caloric intake needed to grow. An easy way to do this is lots of clean rice/whole grain rice. clean pastas. You want clean complex carbs. I wouldn't eat a meal pre-workout either. I usually just do my traditional PB&J sandwich. "but what about those simple carbs?" you ask...they get burned up for energy in the gym. eat eat eat and eat again. Eat Clean. Stay away from the saturated fatty simple/sugar carbs, fat cals,etc... Get alot of lean red meat. Red meat by the pound. If you don't eat a pound of meat per meal, you ain't getting enough meat. Lots of chicken breasts. Do your shakes, 3-4 a day. Make sure one of those protein shakes are as fast after workout as possible.
I'd also drop that deca down to 300mg/wk.
Good luck. eat hardy, trian hard, sleep hard

TweetDeno & HorsePwr many thanks for your valuable advices. And yes, it's all about the Basics : Nutrition, more Nutrition and then training.
When Bulking do you count calories, or do you just estimate roughly, I think this is my problem, The diet I planned for me was in my opinion something like 3000 to 3500 Cal, just the shake (masstech) is claiming to give 2000 Cal/day.
I'll rethink my whole Diet, then.
Many Thanks Guys

Tweeteat more food!!!!! what are your stats right now? and i would keep the dbol in just for shytes and giggles but be sure to keep the test higher than the deca...say 500 to 400...but for sure more calories are needed if you plan on growing...gear will only do so much but there are more important things..i.e food rest water....im sure you'll get it all together..good luck...
TweetI really never count my calories I just judge it by how much food I eat. More calories will never hurt.

I've never really counted calories. I do pay attention to them. I really pay closer attention to my carb and protein intake. I actually do add those up throughout the day. I don't carry a pad and pen and scale around, but I keep mental notes so I can get a pretty accurate figure on what I got during the day, or what I'll be getting from such&such meal, etc...
I'm not familiar with masstech. It's apparently something like I used to mix when I was getting started, tipping the scale at 135. I used N-large by Prolab. I can't remember how many calories it had, but it was up there as well. After about a year or so in, I switched it up to a much cleaner protein shake because allot of the calories in those 'megamass' 'weightgainer' mixes are simple carb/empty calories...sugar calories...fatty calories. But, when you're 6ft 135...you don't give a shyt what kind of calories you're getting. As long as you're getting them...well, to an extent. I'm exaggerating a little bit there. I did eat clean and kept the fat and sugar out as much as possible, but I needed to pack some weight on, period, before I even needed to worry about leaning up. And with a metabolism like I had, alittle extra sugar in my shake wasn't the end of the world by no means.
