I like that diet. Simple and easy with good amounts of carbs and protein.

How do you change it up so you don't get tired of eating the same thing?

Tweeti try and stay healthy with my eating but its by no means my religion.... I am better with it during the week than the weekends

week day

10:00 am - oatmeal
noon - bananna and almonds
2ish - protine shake
3 - sushi or turkey sandwich
9 or 10 PM .... lean protine and veggies

on the weekends i tend to eat out mostly

We buy our beef by the half, so I always have red meat on hand. Lots of fishes and chicken, fresh fruits and vegies. We raise our own chickens so we have lots of eggs. I stay away from pork products.

No set meal plan or diet. They just fail when there so strict. It has to be a way of life.

i have fore most of my life

last two were the worst in my history

imho, i think insulin plays a big part in it, the main question is how long eating clean does it take for your insulin to level out and not go whacked out, and what whacks it out, for me it takes 3 days of clean eating to feel totally different

rye bread
protein mixes
popcorn

limited yes, but, when i get on the program and stick with it, it's like doing heroin, feel very clean energetic happy almost all the time etc.

TweetI seen what happened to my lil brother whom later died at 26 because he ate like s#it. no vegetables, no fruit just sodas and processed garbage,..and lots of it. I was the opposite and courious so I tried allmost everything, plus my dad would jump my a$$ for not finishing most of what was on my plate..and thank god ! needless to say im readly adaptable and can eat stuff that would make a billy goat puke.j/k lol! I eat pretty clean lean protein, soy milk, "Best of the Egg" instead of whole eggs, maby two sodas a month or so with my cheat meals. I try to cut out alot of sugar and salt. so I can eat a half pint of Hagen Daz or a coupla big ol' slices of combo pizza,..and binge on a few cold ones and a bag of chicharones on saturday.

Tweeti dont see how you guys eat the same thing everyday,lol...i dont like my wife to cook something for dinner if i had it last week...let alone yesterday...now i eat leftovers, but then dont cook that **** for another week or 2..
