TweetOMG bro, i am noticing the same crap. I usually train in the early AM and the peeps training then are into their sheeit and do the training the right way. Since coming back from Disney i haven't been able to get there for 4AM so i have had to roll in during the afternoon and the crap that passes as training is pathetic. there is this one guy who just got his PT certification and he thinks he is huge, has the Imaginary Lat Syndrome and trains very noisy with lots of grunting and terrible form with too much weight. After every set he walks away from his training partner and flexes the muscle he was working. They were doing calves when i was finishing up and the dude has NO calves but after a set of calf raises he went to flex his calves inthe mirror. The one part i have that i think really looks pretty good are my calves so i went a step behind him and flexed mine right along with him. He looked at mine and stopped flexing and hopefully focused on training instead of posing. the other **** that pisses me off is the folks who just come to waste time. there is an older lady who walks with two canes and like clock work when i go train on the ab machine with the weight stack she hops on and sits there loooong time in between sets and literally takes 40 minutes so i end up training elsewhere. this one dude gets on the assisted chin apparatus and does 10 phuqing sets. i'm waiting right next to the thing just staring at him. then he decides to do 10 sets of dips on same piece of equipment. the dude has NO visible muscle, wtf? i gotta get back to mornings where people get in, do their **** and get the **** out when they're done.
