A lot of folks don't see enjoying a stogie once in a while as smoking or at least don't feel that action deserves the full out "smoker" label, ya know what I mean? I doubt he is even really an aficionado. Who am I to doubt Ted though. I don't know the man. I don't think we'll see him supporting outsourcing or driving the welcome wagon for immigrants anytime soon.
