TweetWhats up all, just getting back into the health and fitness thing after being off for quite a while (studying and lifting don't mix for me). Been searching for the perfect foods to get my diet in near perfect shape. I just came across how cheap and delicious talapia is. The great thing is there loaded with protein and have no carbs nor cals and they come in a pack that you can throw on the grill, in the oven, or even just throw in the micorwave and its good $hit. Anyone have great simple foods that are great for packing on the pounds that are easy to make, cheap, and taste good? besides fish, chicken, and steak b/c i already eat these everynight. Pleaes posts your daily diets and what they consist of. My goal is to gain 25-30 pounds by the end of 07, even if that means using a cycle early next year.
