      just curious because i dont see much posting about them. i used them in a couple 8 week routines last year and added some big poundage to the bar.

      i love using them, but its easy to over do it. nothing smokes you like a set done with some heavy band tension.

      yup, i beg him to put them in my routines. im just surprised i dont see more post about bros using them. they seem to work wonders for me. although, any IA related routine/diet works wonders.
