Im looking to cut up, Im doing 1.5 hrs cardio per day "Airdyne and swimming". I eat real clean and still holing fat in mid section..
I race Pro motocross and need to get really ripped...
I have set up my work out as follows-
Mon- 15 reps of everthing--and I Mean everything..no more than
1 minn between sets..Just on big giant set
Thurs-Ditto
Im 5-10 and 180
What would you guys recommend as far as winny for cutting?
