I don't even understand your sentence. Bush took funding away from New Orleans to have engineers work on bigger levy systems that would've been able to handle a bigger storm, and funneled that money to the Iraq war. Bush decided to take the chance to pull funding and look what happened. How is he not accountable for that? Yeah you may say others didn't do anything either but that is far from the truth. HE IS THE ONE THAT PULLED FUNDING FROM THEM! THAT MEANS THAT THEIR WAS PREVIOUS FUNDING THAT HE TOOK FROM. WHICH MEANS OTHERS DID, YES DID HAVE FUNDING GOING TOWARDS THAT PROBLEM! READ BEFORE YOU DEBATE SOMETHING!

You say that stupid people vote for Kerry. Fine that's your opinion and you are entitled to it. But last time I checked Kerry atleast has the intelligence to make complete sentences, and not laugh when thousands of people are dying!
