strange injection, strange lump

TweetI'm doing eod injections of tren and prop.

today when i hit my right quad, it felt different than it usually does. No blood on the asperation, but it gushed blood (as much as a 22ga hole can) for about 15secs after the injection. I put an alchohol swab on it and applied pressure and massaged throughout post injection but it kept on bleeding a bit. I was thinking maybe i passed through a vein or something.

At any rate, now there is a hard (really hard) small cashew shapped lump underneath the skin. I've had minor non-absess infections and regular irritation associated with BA from UG gear in the past, but this feels different to the touch.Normally the whole muscle will be big, redish and a bit warm perhaps. It is much tougher, like there is a little solid spot in the muscle, with no redness or warmth.
Anyone have any ideas? Similar experiences/end results to share?

TweetYes! Scared the heck out of me too. I believe it was a vein that I passed through. The cashew size lump will most likely turn purple and further worry you. If it persists or worsens, it's something diffrent than I desrcribe and you should seek medical attenion. I'm quite sure you'll be okay

TweetIve had this happen as well, it is kinda nerve racking the first time you experience it. The lump Im not sure about, blood trapped maybe I really dont know. I dont recall getting a lump but its been awhile....could just be the oil too it just hasnt dispensed totally or maybe the oil and blood mixed and maybe something. If you arent feeling any illness and no redness/heat coming from the spot then I wouldnt think it was an abcess...

TweetNever put an alcohol pad on the injection site if your bleeding. Use a 4x4. Alcohol will keep your blood from clotting.

TweetAs always, lots of good info, thanks guys. It's been about 24 hours since my post and things seem to be settling down. The lump is begining to break up and soften a bit it seems and there is no heat so i'm stressing less. But yeah, it was a bit of a scare at first. I'll be sure to stay away from alc pads if i'm bleeding... good info there thanks.
