Ordering from True Protein, need help...

TweetI'm going to order a customized bedtime shake. I'm needing a slow-absorbing protein shake and need to know what exactly to get. I was thinking:

20% Whey Protein Isolate Ion-exchange
20% Soy Protein Isolate
30% Hydrolyzed Casein
30% Egg White Protein

Is this okay, or am I wasting my money?

Also, are you guys still mixing Dextrose w/your whey protein for your post workout shake?

I would drop the soy out of your shake. SOY protein supposedly increases the chance of getting man boobs. It supposedly converts to estrogen. There is a debate on this but I would rather be safe than sorry. Sorr drop the soy protein out. Here is what I would do......

30% Whey Protein Ion-Exchange
25% Calcium Caseinate
20% Egg White Protein
20% Micellar Casein
5% BCAA's

I would get one of the flavors that are they BSL type as they are better tasting.

Yes I still mix my whex and dextrose together PWO.

You don't want to use the Hydrolized Casein as it is supposedly uptaken faster than the regular casein. We want slower absorbing here so drop that and get the regular. YOu will save some money too.
