    hi, I posted a question a couple days ago on here, and I talked to the user trip about it. he in turn directed me to you. hopefully you can give me some advice.

    I'm 19 years old and I've been working out for a few years now on and off. for the past year in particular ive been working out pretty heavily. id consider myself a decently strong kid, but I would like to see greater gains. ive taken isopure, zma, creatine (5-creacyamine) which i just finished, and im 2 weeks into BSN's Nitrix. Ive been reading through everybodys posts on supplement reccomendations, but I'm not really sure what my next step should be for some dramatic improvement in muscle mass and bigger gains. From reading through the posts im thinking that i should try Swole v2 to start. with that though, id like to try some other intermediate supplements. Trip reccomended 1-tests and 4-ad's. Do you have any recommendations on brands and applications that you have tried and liked? Id greatly appreciate the feedback. Thanks

    You could look into a ph. Swole v2 seemed to work well for me. At your age if I was going to use a ph going with one a little mild especially to start with. t-1 by bdc nutrtion would be a good one. Research the hell out of ph's before you do. other good products you may want to look into are s1+,t-1pro. A good creapure creatine +dextrose and ala works good. Diet is crucial. Without a good diet supps are useless. For you I recommend a good whey protien, either prolab creatine+dextrose,ala or swole v2 for now. Read up on 1test and 4ad. As I said , a good starter ph is t1. Make sure to look into anti e's such as nolva, clomid, 6oxo. Definatly a multi vitamin. I never had any luck with ZMA and have never heard much good about nitro this and that. But a good creatine and cleaned up diet is the next logical step with possibly a mild 1test+4ad stack.

      Thanks for the suggestions, I truly appreciate your input. Now I've got two more questions, and excuse me if they sound pretty elementary. I looked into the anti-e's that you reccmmended. It looks like Clomid is reputed as the best quality but 6oxo is easier to get online (i believe). First question: Which do you think is better and where could I get it in particular? Second question: I know that the anti-e is for directly after a cycle, but how much, how often, and how long do I take it for? Also, how long should I do the cycle of T-1 itself? Thank you so much for the help, and I would really appreciate some further feedback.

        like 4 week cycles. Sme go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I use nolva pc. 40 mgs ed for the first week. 20 weeks 2and3 10 week 4. I m just not sold on 6 oxo. You should be ok with any of them though. You can get your anti e's @ powernutrtion.com among other places.

          Ok so I spent the majority of this afternoon looking through all the posts related to anti-e's and doing some other research on the web about them. It looks like im gonna go with the 6-oxo along with the T-1. Do you think that I should take it throughout my whole T-1 cycle, or just as soon as I start my off-cycle? Thanks for the help!
