Just curious to hear everyones goals.
Myself I would like to be 285-295 with abs and 22" arms with a massive chest and good overall symetry. I would like to compete one day but need another 20-30 lbs to really feel confident onstage.
I am 6'4 and 265-270 now 10-12%BF and I am having a hell of a time eating enough to gain any more weight, used to be the opposite gained weight easily but it's been getting harder and harder as of late.
What would it take for the rest of you to really be happy truly happy with yourselves as far as your physique?

I'm happy now being 179@8%bf. I used to carry 211@6-8%bf but that was a long time ago. I think that I'll go to 200 and lean and just maintain it from then on.

I'm actually fine with my current size right now. A little bigger then I am now and to be really shredded is my main goal, plus more strength and conditioning.

      i will never be satisfied.
I had a feeling you'd say that, lol I know what you mean I used to think I'd be happy with 20"arms now I am going for 22" I still feel like I am nowhere near satisfied.
"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

Someday I may be content with my size, but never will I be complacent. Since the day I started lifting, I knew I would always be looking to improve something... and I always will be, no matter how big I get. For now though, my current goal is to break 200lbs at 5'4"... i'm at 190 and climbing, after that, it's time to test the waters of competition!
