TweetI'm happy now being 179@8%bf. I used to carry 211@6-8%bf but that was a long time ago. I think that I'll go to 200 and lean and just maintain it from then on.
TweetJust curious to hear everyones goals.
Myself I would like to be 285-295 with abs and 22" arms with a massive chest and good overall symetry. I would like to compete one day but need another 20-30 lbs to really feel confident onstage.
I am 6'4 and 265-270 now 10-12%BF and I am having a hell of a time eating enough to gain any more weight, used to be the opposite gained weight easily but it's been getting harder and harder as of late.
What would it take for the rest of you to really be happy truly happy with yourselves as far as your physique?

Knowledge is power.
Tweet210 lbs 4%bf @ 5'6... thats along way to go... i'm 180 right now
Tweet6'2" and 225lbs would be nice
Tweetbench + squat + dead > 2000lbs
I should be big enough at that level. I am 5'7"
Tweet6' and a ripped 230 would be nice
TweetI'm actually fine with my current size right now. A little bigger then I am now and to be really shredded is my main goal, plus more strength and conditioning.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

Pain is weakness leaving the body......
"When it comes to trusting people the only thing I know is that I don't know......"
"Fuck what everyone else thinks. Follow your own way and only then will you have the potential to lead to greatness......"
"Aim for perfection because even though it will never be achieved, the constant pursuit keeps us from settling and always makes us strive for more......"
Tweet6"2' and 225lb... with possibly less than 10%bf
yup... that's my goal
TweetI had a feeling you'd say that, lol I know what you mean I used to think I'd be happy with 20"arms now I am going for 22" I still feel like I am nowhere near satisfied.i will never be satisfied.
"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

i will never be satisfied.
Tweeti can never be big enough.
TweetSomeday I may be content with my size, but never will I be complacent. Since the day I started lifting, I knew I would always be looking to improve something... and I always will be, no matter how big I get. For now though, my current goal is to break 200lbs at 5'4"... i'm at 190 and climbing, after that, it's time to test the waters of competition!
