      Hey whats up guys
This seems to be the most active part of the site...Wanted to post a hey thread in the general discussion area....no one has posted there for like ever it said....

im an 18 year old guy from the lower NY area like 45 min away from NYC
wanted to give myself a formal introduction....ive been on car forums before so i know how things work...

Ive actually been browsing on this forum for a good week and a half now and finally decided to join the people look cool here which is a +

Ive been lifting for around 4 months now...used to be a big burner....still do smoke a lot but now im trying a healthy- er approach....u really do get a high after you leave the gym, you just have a better well being which is mint.

Im 6 foot 145 pounds and well im here to get bigger haha.
Ive read plenty on anabolics, effects, newb tutorials and threads and used the search button countless times. Learned so much way before i even posted here
Im babling now but heres my ?

4 months training is basic enough to start a cycle? yes or no
and by cycle i just mean in general im in the midst of piecing a personal one together

Quick answer.........no. Sorry bro but 4 months is just barely getting into lifting, you have so much natural gains in you at your age and exp. I would hit it hard til you're 21, and then if you still want more.....start a cycle. This is my honest best advice for you Mark.

      Welcome to fg bro!

your first thing to get together would be your diet. Tweek the diet and you will pack on pounds like you are on gear. Once you have lifted for a while, at least a couple years, then if the gains have stopped naturally, maybe opt for something else. But by all means, you just started lifting, no need to tear any tendons or ligaments by your muscles growing to fast for them to keep up with the stress being applied to them. That could keep you out of the gym for a while. Good luck, and no need to rush into anabolics. A test only cycle is advisable btw for the first go around.

Hey bro, you will probably scan past this post and think I'm an idiot but...

18 is too young to be doing gear. Eventhough you think your body has matured, and while it may look that way it has not and messing with your hormones at your age can cause problems that you will have to deal with and regret for the rest of your life.

In addition 4 months of lifting is NOTHING, even if you were years older you still wouldn't be ready for the juice yet.
I don't want to get toned, I just want to become a fucking freak.

I just work out because I want to look good with my XXXXL shirt on.

      Welcome bro,

As the others have said, there is no way you should even be considering AS. First is your age. Your natural testosterone is so high, you can make huge gains! Second is your time training. Four months is nothing! You need a couple years minimum. What will happen is your muscles would get extremelty strong, but your ligaments and tendons will not have developed any strength yet and you WILL get injured. This isn't an opinion either, it WILL happen. Lastly, at 6 foot 145lbs, you need to eat a TON more! Food is your best anabolic. I was just like you at 18. I went into the service at 6'1", 145lbs...skinny mofo! But now I am 230lbs.....I got up to 210lbs naturally. Please listen to our advice not to juice yet. You will regret it later in life if you do.

      Good luck!

Nobody gains weight on chicken and tuna without lifting lots of weights and nobody makes progress weightlifting in only 4 months. Have some patience bro the pounds will start flying on once you get more advanced in your training.

And whatever the reason, 18 is too young, there is no justification, especially if it is a cosmetic one.

Train naturally for at least a year. This will give you a good foundation to build on while giving your body the time it needs to properly mature.

Juicing will stunt your natural growth. So you want to grow as much as possible naturally before you start with the juice.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

      Mark,

All the vets nailed it. Too young not training long enough and probably have a lousy diet. AS is not a miracle drug but it works. This all being said, if you are like i was at 18 you are going to do it anyway no matter what anyone tells you.

      That being the case:
Do tons of research, (this board was a BIG help for me) start training hard (but dont overtrain), get a w/o partner, and eat tons of protein. Shoot for 2gms per day per each lb of bodyweight. Keep calories up. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. Frankly if you do this you can prolly pick up 10lbs in a few months w/o AS.

As for gear, if you still are set on doing it, make sure you get a good source (but dont PM me asking for one). These boards are filled with guys that got scammed a time or two until they got a good source. You are injecting an unknown substance in your body - make damn sure the guy's stuff is legit. The least of your problems is losing your money - you dont want an abcess or some other infection. Have all your other stuff in case of sides and for your pct (nolva, clomid, etc) BEFORE you start (have all your gear and pins too).

Don't let guys at your gym tell you that you need a gram of test per week. A good beginner cycle would be something like deca at 2-300mg/wk and test enan or cyp at about the same dose. You can get away with 1x week shots but two are much better to keep your levels normal. Reasonable minds differ but my advice would be to stay away from the orals at your experience level. You dont take dbols correctly and not only can you end up with gyno, you can screw up your body and then still not get quality gains.

But if you are not going to train hard and eat 6 times per day (and be willing to do this after you finish your cycle), you will be like many guys your age (not all and no offense meant) you will blow up and be strutting around the gym for a few months, then the novelty of working out all the time wears off and you stop coming to the gym. Now 2-3 months later you have lost your gains and may have screwed up your body. You will not be able to pack on 20lbs and then stop working out and expect to actually keep any of these gains. This is more of a lifestyle change that you need to get in. If you are not serious about it dont waste your time or money on AS, but like everyone else has said, you are way too young and have no where near the time in the gym needed for AS use.

No flame intended and I hope this helps you
