      Default slin results

      ok ladies here it is.....

      4 weeks slin and creatine.

started at 5iu's per day......ramped up to 17iu's
      creatine 10g's per day

Now this will be hard for some to swallow, but i was kinda experimenting with the diet. I included more fat in my diet to see how sensative the slin really is.
Results were fairly good....gained some fat, but also some clean muscle with it. Kept protein, carbs and tot. calories above average as well. ( Ultimate Nutrition shakes) These are normally used for my serious bulking cycles, there packed with stuff.

      Gained 11lbs total.
No adverse effects from the slin
      creatine dose was perfect

This will be my bridge from now on. I'll be adding test prop.

Maybe you can also post your weight after a few weeks without the slin, so we can see how much of your weight is water and extra glycogen. BTW, I am a fan of slin, but only used it with androgens and GH.

Not much water gained......I have a sauna at the gym. I think I'm pretty dry, the fat probly takes up 4lbs of that weight.

      Sure...Insulin.

Please stay away from slin until you've spent many hours researching it. This stuff can kill you quite easily.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

      Thanks "Got Gear?".

I have no interest in it. I don't seem to have a problem eating.

I actually put on wieght post cycle when running slin. I didnt watch my fat intake religously at first either, but started packing the blubber on my gut,but after eliminating all fat for 3 hours post inj (10 iu) nothing but lean mass! I can easily put on 5-6 pounds in 4 weeks running 10 iu post workout. i am sure i would put on more wieght if i upped my carbs to 10 g per iu. I only run about 7g/iu

What's the most length of time one can run slin? Plus, could someone run the risk of becoming type II diabetic from taking slin like we do??

i have heard that, but have seen no scientic proof that it will or can happen. I only run slin 4 weeks as i feel you can become insulin resistant and need a break to keep it effective.
