      I'm thinking about taking and i've just about every article about it. I wanted to get some hear some on your personal experiences with it. I plan on taking 200mg/day for 14 days. What do you think?

      btw, it's powdered DNP

      Everything I've read says you should try to keep DNP use under 10 days at a time. Pretty extreme stuff, improper use has taken quite a few lives and many of those were professionals who knew what they were doing. That said, if you follow the instructions closely on the few sites that tell exactly how to take, supplement, and recover. You can lose up to a lb of pure fat ed you're on it. Don't plan to do much else while your on it though and buy some cheap disposable sheets (I hear your sweat will stain them).

      I've ordered mine and will run at 200mg ed for 7 days and see how I feel at the end of the week. Some have done low dose long cycles with success but 200mg ed is not necessarily a low dose. It depends on your weight. It could be an ideal dose for 1 week for you if you weight 79kg like me. Remember, 200mg ed 3rd day you got 600mg active in your body. Always keep in mind the half live of 36hrs for DNP. I've read that the ideal dose is 5mg/kg and the lethal dose is 14mg/kg. This statement is fluke and contradictably DANGEROUS!!! since, for example for me weighting 79kgs. Ideal for me is (according to statement) 395mg ed. By that count at 3rd day I'm at 1185mg!!! Sounds like I'd be in serious trouble if I followed that 5mg/kg dose since 14mg/kg is supposedly the deadly dose.(1106mg for me). Wanna play it safe then stay in the 2.5-3mg/kg.

      I agree about the dosing. As far as the deaths, i think they overdosed on it along with running a ton of test and other stuff. Keep me post cubanjuice, i'm eager to hear about your results.

      lol, i'll agree with you somewhat. I bets getting up at 6am to do cardio though and dropping a pound of fat a day doesn't seem to bad either......

      Yes you can and should run t3 with dnp if your cycle is longer than 7 days, as the dnp will start to shut down your tsh levels. You would then carb up after dnp clears system and taper off the t3. I had a blood test on day 5 of a dnp cycle and my tsh levels were half of what they should have been.

      btw I would not even consider running a dnp cycle in the summer. It is miserable enough in the winter. You could do some serious harm if you cant keep yourself cool.

      definitely don't do DNP during the summer ... I tried it in the late spring before, and it was misery ... I kept my house 50 degrees at all times, and i couldn't stand to leave for class ...

      the best bet, in my opinion, is 200 mg ed for a longer period of time with 25 mcg/day of T3 thrown in

      I'm not a fan of blitz cycles anymore, or anything above 200 mg/day really ... 200 mg/day is a slow way to lose it, and it's generally permanant losses ...

      Run down a list of the ancilliaries you'll be taking with it ... there are many you should be including ...

      I agree. I would never go over 200mg ed. You should also run glycerol and pyrubate r-ala and drink LOTS OF WATER.
