      Guys.

I have a 9 day trip with the family next week. NYC, New Haven, Boston, Niagra Falls, Cleveland, Ann Arbor.

Going to be tough to work out depending on hotel fitness facilities in each city. But i will make do.

Main question is protein intake (or lack their of).

It wiill be impossible to bring a big protein shake container with me. And i usually have 2 shakes per day to supplement my protein intake. What are your thoughts on ways that i can help this situation. All meals will be in restaurants.

p.s I will post new thread about my trip looking for locals input on must sees.

Why don't you buy those single packets of protein. Just buy 18 of them since you drink 2 shakes a day

I wouldn't worry too much about anything connected with working out, protein shakes, etc.

      IT'S A VACATION, RIGHT?

Believe me, I traveled up and down the California coast 3 years ago with my wife and two kids, you will need heavy sedation, not protein.

      Enjoy your trip!
