    Two large new European studies have looked into the various health hazards associated with a high consumption of ultra-processed foods.

    another useless study that we were already well aware of. the more chemicals and stuff in what you put in your body, the more impact it has on your health

        Also the more processed a food is, the worse it is for you. Again, pretty obvious. I think reducing consumption and moderation is the best way to deal with this. Hard cutting it out all together.
