they should be banned. we have diseases coming back that have been pretty much wiped out because of parents not wanting to get their kids vaccinated. i dont have an issue with you not wanting to get your kids shots but i also dont think you should be allowed into public schools and other things. gov shouldnt impede on your decisions you make but we also shouldnt have to be put at risk because of the choices you make either.

i had to be vaccinated every year for all the bs for work overseas and i did not have the option. i have no issues at the moment and neither do my children.

This is a tough one... We vaccinate but if they mandate the HPV vaccine, then I am fighting. Already went back and forth n with the doc on this one. When I worked in healthcare, certain things were required. You eotherdid it or no jobb, so of course I did.

i dont think that one should be required point blank period. that's not going to cause on out break of some disease that has been under control for decades. that's more like the flu type of deal imo. can you get it and pass it on? hell yeah but you walking around breathing and being in contact with people normally isnt going to make it happen. i didnt give my daughter that one but all the others they both have

Here is the thing, to make it mandatory when it is not like the measles which can cause an epidemic and kill a kid (Granted HPV can cause cancer down the road) I would get any vac I could get. No one wants warts on their fun bits.

My son got it on his own when he was 18. It is so common. I do not know any cons.

What about banning kids for not getting vaccinated for the flu?

i dont think so with flu shots or the hpv one. the flu shot is a waste of time in most cases anyway, at least in my area the vaccine isnt good for the strain that is killing everyone. i dont get a flu shot but i have all of my other ones. was required to do the flu shot in the military and i still got sick after having it. so to me it's pointless. the key with the flu is, if your kid is sick then dont be a dick and send them to school or day care to fuck everyone else up. i was sitting at boxing waiting for my kid to finish up and the lady next to me had a kid that was hacking and snotting it up all over the place. i hear her tell the lady she is sitting with that yeah he is sick as a dog and had a fever for 2 days. that's the kind of shit that pisses me off. you ass holes are spreading your nasty and making everyone else sick because your inconsiderate

As an adult missing work, sick or not, has consequences. I will do whatever it takes to lessen my chances of getting sick by those who choose not to get vaccinated. I get the flu shot every year and every year I dont get the flu. When the weather turns cold a ton of threads are posted b!tching "oh I have flu boo whoo" and when they feel better start screaming "getting the flu shot is an act of ignorance." Fuck that. I feel the same with HPV vaccine. I got it. Why? Lower my risk to myself and others. Those that are against it enjoy your genital warts and cervical cancer. I am over 18 and this is my choice and I dgaf if I am called uneducated for it. I consider vaccination a responsibility to society and myself to prevent the spread of illness and income lose.
