So I've done a lot of research in the past few weeks. In order to understand how macros work. Finally I get it. So I figured out how much protein I would need per day how much fat I would need per day talk to totals of that in grams. Then did the Equation from grams to calories. Deducted the total calories between the two from what my deficit calorie intake with they divide that number by my carbs to find out how many carbs a day I would need. So my intake look something like this 215 G protein 60 g of fats 220 g of carbs. No of course that's if I go by the box so I'll be tweaking this over the next six weeks stay tuned
