When it comes to taking Steroids, we want the rewards to outweigh the risks – as long as you don’t push the human body too far, you will usually get more benefits than side-effects. Unfortunately too many Bodybuilders do take their Steroid use too far and without safeguards, cholesterol levels being the silent killer that haunt the Steroid user daily.

Beyond the well-known physical dangers of steroids like acne and Gynecomastia, there are a several side-effects that aren’t mentioned very often. One is a rise in LDL – the bad cholesterol. Bad cholesterol levels can contribute to blockages in your arteries, which in turn can cause heart problems and death.

How can this rise in LDL be kept under control while using Steroids? … Diet will NOT work. When you use Steroids, diet is not the way to fix LDL, as it won’t matter if you eat foods low in cholesterol because your body will just make this bad cholesterol anyway. you are right, var sends it way up but winny! LDL over 300 and HDL under 20. that is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you know what is even crazier than that. i have seen dex push hdl to single digits in under a month. these things are so crazy harsh. now the question i would ponder is this: i wonder if keeping your liver much healthier while running these things could have a better impact on your numbers. liver process cholesterol fats and pretty much everything else and orals tend to hammer the crap out of it. i wonder if you could lessen that with a good tudca and some other things?

good question brother, I run NAC and old school liv 52 but who knows, it could have been way worse.

TweetAlways try and take some kind of organ support !!! There's so much that dictates the health of our organs and since we put more stress on them with AAS use , just better not to ask why take these things , just do it !!!

i use powders from truenutrition for the majority of mine man. a couple bucks for a couple hundred grams. you will be hard pressed to find it any cheaper than that. plus the brands i sent you as well
