Wow, on top of the negative health effects, they're actually stating that the production of red meat creates an environmental burden.
Even with the minor negative health effects, I don't think I'll ever give up red meat. I love it. I don't eat a ton of it, but it's just too much a part of my diet and one of the things I look forward to most meal wise.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
