      We put her into a strength and conditioning cross training class 2x a week so she can keep up in shape get stronger and quicker and help her in Softball and other stuff.Now when she started she couldn't do any kips well she did 3 in a row last night I caught the tail end of the last one.Shes only 12,

      That's so awesome. I would be proud!
      My daughter just started 1st grade. They have no / zero chairs. They sit on stability balls when doing desk work & stand doing board work. I'm so impressed! Some of the parents were upset but I'm really excited for her core strength & it helping in soccer / gymnastics.

      I can't wait until my daughter is able to do some kips like that.

      Yes msucle ups is what they call them there, and she calls them kips at gymnastics. She is small and very strong and likes to pick me up all the time,lol
