Tweetnice to see that the majority here employs the key compound movements into their lineup.
something i have figured out as i have gotten older is to hit one key movement heavy each week and rotate them around but they all stay in the lineup. so for example squat heavy for first week, bench heavy the next week then dead lift heavy the following then hammer it with something different the final week of the month. that way i am not hammering my joints and cns every single week.
