For many years all I did was leg press and some leg extensions not really taking legs very serious. Then I stopped training legs altogether and I was "that guy" who only did upper body. May 2015 I started from scratch doing squats the right way. I remember the first day doing legs I barely could squat 135, and now today I did 290 for 3 reps. I know that from squats alone Ive put on 10lbs.

So to those who were like me and never did legs let me tell you its completely necessary for overall muscularity!
