TweetWithin the last two weeks ive been wanting to figure out a better TRI routine and this is perfect. growing up i did heavy weighted dips and i know i permanently screwed up my left elbow. Its either in the joint or the tendon and as soon as i try a regular dip i feel a little pain and its just enough to make me question that exercise. But i wonder if i need to try them again..
Close grip bench is awesome too.
