So I'm on bodybuilding.com. I've been on there since 2011 and don't tend to it as much as I use to. A couple months ago, I get an email from this guy trying to pick up on me. I laughed at him and said, sorry, married, I lift more than you and go away basically and banned him. Over the weekend, I get a friend request to my private email and today I go to look at the friend request and find that I have an email message...from the same guy a couple months ago, same exact wording and everything lol This is what it says:

Im 5.11 and 156 lbs, a bit strong i think.
I just started training again, about 4 months ago..After a long break...i try to lift about 4 days a week..
In my sparetime i like to be with friends, watch a good movie..and i love to be outside in the nature, mostly in the summer then.. but im open for most things..
This is what i can do at the gym now:
Squat 100 lbs for 2 rep, legpress(machine) i do 130 lbs for 8 reps and i do 15 lbs dumbells in biceps curls for 10 reps..Bench i can do about 120 lbs.
Can you beat that..
I just messuared my arms at 11.5 inch flexed, my goal is 12 inches..
